(EN)    A collaboration with a gastronomic at perfume house based in the provencal town of Grasse ( The city of perfumes on the French Riviera) that specializes in supplying michelin restauranters.

The process begins with the extraction of olive flavour in a still and then inject this into our classic rum.

The result give the rum subtitle woody and olive hinted finish, with a smoothness on the palate. A truly unique rum.
